APIR (the Association of Professional Realtors of Rosarito) has as it's main objective to offer ethical and professional real estate services to it's customers: local residents, national and international visitors who seek to invest and settle in Rosarito Beach, Baja, Mexico.

We have strong links with state and municipal authorities, and offer our members constant training programs, valuation workshops and local real estate market analysis, among other services.

Our goal is to become a trusted professional source for buying and selling real estate, and in doing so, offer you the peace of mind that purchasing Beach Front, Ocean Front and Ocean View properties from our ever increasing list of APIR member real estate professionals is a safe and secure investment.

Each week a meeting is held amoung members to exchange ideas, share property listings and to strengthen our business links.

Each and every year APIR will offer different Real Estate related training courses to real estate brokers, among them: "Basic Real Estate practices" for beginners, and "Current General practices" for more experienced professionals.

APIR is a member of the Consejo Estatal de Profesionales Inmobiliarios de B.C., which is the state board of real estate professionals, and coordinates efforts with the other real estate associations from Mexicali, Ensenada, Tijuana and Tecate.

Our current work plan is to continue with permanent training, and to get the certification of "Normas de Competencia Laboral Inmobiliaria" (the Real Estate Labor Competence Norm) for all our members in each different specialty.
